Budget Period Closed is a 'yes' or 'no' field. A 'yes' indicates that Sponsored Financial Reporting has made the necessary adjustments to accurately reflect all appropriate transactions for the budget period selected. A 'no' indicates that the adjustments for the selected budget period have not yet been made or this is an inception-to-date project and no adjustments are necessary.
